It can help you stay grounded in the here and now, make you more empathic to the feelings of others, and even put you in touch with your creative side and help you develop your natural talent as a writer! This course will open with a brief review of the history and potential benefits of journaling, and then guide students through the process of remembering the past and recording their life experiences from early childhood up to the present time. Each lesson will provide fun and challenging prompts and exercises which students can follow to spark ideas, record their memoirs, and explore their creative voice. Curriculum: 5 week course.
