Join the Mentors' Circle!

If you'd like to volunteer but you don't have time to write a course, why not become a Mentor! This is a great way to "make a difference." You don't need a college degree – we recognize that knowledge can be acquired in many ways, including the workplace and the "school of life experience."

As a mentor, you decide how much free time you wish to volunteer. You can spend just an hour a week answering students' questions or take a more active role, posting links to web resources and commenting on homework. We usually have more than one mentor helping in each class so there's no pressure – if you are offline or busy, others will be available to help.
