The Virtual University web server uses a small data file, known as a "cookie," to remember your preferences and class schedule. This feature allows you to conveniently access your desk without having to log in repeatedly. Cookies are an industry standard and are used at most major web sites. Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can turn off this feature, but some features on the VU web site will not work properly and you won't be able to access classrooms.
