Refund and Signoff Request As noted in the Student Handbook, registration fees are generally not refundable. Your registration fee is a processing charge that covers the cost of processing your enrollment, setting up your desk, bank fees, and other support costs. However, if you are dissatisfied with your learning experience at Virtual University and wish to terminate your membership, your registration fee will be refunded.
